Mazzer ZM yoğun kullanımları kolaylaştırabilmek için farklı öğütme ayarlarını kayıt etme özelliğine sahiptir. Çok amaçlı kahve öğütücü Mazzer ZM, zaman ve kalınlık baz alarak 20 öğütme ayarına kadar hafızasında saklayabilir ve bu ayarlar isimlendirilebilir. Kayıtlı tariflerin hızlı şekilde ayarlanabilmesi için 4 adet programlanabilir hızlı erişim butonu da bulunmaktadır.

Kahve öğütme makinelerinin en çok ihtiyaç duyulan özelliklerden biri de kolay temizlenebilmesidir. Mazzer ZM ‘nin kontrol paneli yana doğru kaydırılarak öğütücünün temizliğini ve dişlilerin yenilenmesini kolaylaştırır. Bu sayede kullanıcı kolaylıkla periyodik temizliğini yapabilir.

Çok amaçlı kahve öğütücü Mazzer ZM hem filtre kahve hem de espressoya uygun öğütme yapabilmek için özel olarak tasarlanan düz(flat) dişlilere sahiptir. Bu dişliler sayesinde Nitelikli Türk Kahvesi öğütümü de yapılabilir. Dişlilerin en önemli özelliği de öğütme sonrası dişlilerde kalan kahve kalıntısını en aza indirmesidir. (0.45 gr’dan daha az).

Kahve Öğütücü Mazzer ZM, Dijital Öğütme Ayarı teknolojisi ile dişliler arasındaki mesafeyi mikrometrik olarak ayarlar. Bu sayede öğütme ayarı isabetli ve tekrarlanabilirdir. Değirmen kendi kendine otomatik kalibrasyon yapabilmektedir. Elektronik Mutlak Sıfır Kalibrasyon sistemi sayesinde öğütme ayarları aynı mekanda kullanılan öğütücüler veya şubeler arasında birebir aynı şekilde kalibre edilebilir.

Kahve öğütme makinesi Mazzer ZM elektronik kontrollü ve Çifte Fanlı Soğutma Sistemi ile öğütülmüş kahveyi oluşan sıcaklıktan koruyarak kahvenin aromasını muhafaza eder. Bu sistem yüksek soğutmayı düşük fan hızı ile (900 – 1050 Hz) kahve öğütme sürecini etkilemeden yapar. Bu teknoloji değirmen öğütücü bıçaklarının ısınmasını beklemeden her öğütümde soğutma işlemini yapar. Bu sayede dişlilerin ısınma olasılığı ortadan kalkar.

Great theme - we were looking for a theme with lots of built in features and flexibility and this was perfect. We expected to need to employ a developer to add a few finishing touches. But we actually managed to do everything ourselves. We did have one small query and the support given was swift and helpful.
