Makinenin ayarını 0 konumuna getirin. Daha önce hazırladığınız hamurdan bir parçayı, makinenin düz merdanelerinden birkaç kez geçirin. Erişte yaprakları merdanelerle aynı kalınlığa geldiğinde, makine ayarını 5 konumuna getirip hamuru bir kez daha merdanelerden geçirin, gerekirse biraz daha un serpin.

Atlas 150 ile birlikte gelen kesme aksesuarını çıkarın ve yerine ilgili talimatları takip ederek ravioli aksesuarını takın, beyaz renkli dolgu aparatını çıkartın.

Erişte yaprağının her iki yanını da hafifçe unlayın ve ikiye katlayın. Düzgün olmayan uçları bir bıçak yardımıyla kesip atın ve erişte yapraklarını aksesuarın merdanelerin arasından, kolu çeyrek tur kadar çevirerek geçirin.

Erişte yapraklarının iki parçasını, aksesuarın uçlarına sererek ayırın ve dolgu aparatını aksesuarın üzerine yerleştirin.

Dolgu malzemesini iki erişte yaprağının arasına koyun ve kolu yavaşta çevirin.

Gerekirse daha fazla dolgu malzemesi kullanın ve erişte yapraklarını bittiği zaman tüm dolgu malzemesinin kullanıldığından emin olun.

Erişteniz bitti ve hala biraz hamur kaldıysa, kutudan çıkan kaşık yardımıyla kalan hamuru temizleyebilirsiniz.

Hamur şeridini hafif unlanmış rafa koyun ve 5/10 dakika dinlendirin. Raviolileri tek tek alın.

Aksesuar Bakımı

Aksesuarı su ile yıkamayın. Nemli bez, kürdan veya fırça kullanın.

Gerekirse merdaneleri temizlemek için kazıcıyı kaldırabilirsiniz. İşlem sonrasında kazıyıcıyı eski yerine getirmeyi unutmayın.

Superb quality apparel that exceeds expectations

Great theme - we were looking for a theme with lots of built in features and flexibility and this was perfect. We expected to need to employ a developer to add a few finishing touches. But we actually managed to do everything ourselves. We did have one small query and the support given was swift and helpful.
